IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CLIENTS

Dear Valued Client,

We are writing to inform you of recent developments that may impact your ability to transact on our platforms.

1. Impact on Trading and Services:

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) has, as of 24 June 2026, provisionally withdrawn the company’s Financial Services Provider (FSP) Licence No. 52110.

We are currently engaging with the FSCA and other relevant stakeholders to understand the full scope of the matter and to clarify the facts. While the matter is under investigation, we wish to reassure you that we remain committed to complying with all applicable regulatory requirements and to cooperating fully with the FSCA in this process.

2. Client Funds and Positions:

As a result of these developments, clients will be unable to make deposits, withdrawals, and or engage in any other transactional activities, including the opening of new trades. Additionally, please note that UMarketPro is not at liberty to close any open positions on behalf of clients. As before, clients will need to manage and close their own positions directly.

These restrictions are provisional in nature and, at this stage, do not reflect any final adverse findings against UMarketPro.

We wish to reiterate the following:

  • The provisional withdrawal of our FSP license form part of an ongoing regulatory process.
  • We are not permitted to conduct any new business.
  • We are working diligently to engage the relevant authorities and financial institutions to expedite the resolution of this matter.
  • We wish to reassure clients that all client funds remain held in segregated accounts. These accounts continue to be subject to regulatory restrictions, and the status of such funds remains the subject of ongoing engagement with the relevant authorities.
  • UMarketPro categorically denies any allegations of impropriety.
  • UMarketPro remains committed to protecting our clients’ interests and ensuring business continuity, wherever possible, within the bounds of regulatory compliance.

3. Contact Channels:

We are aware that recent events may have given rise to questions or concerns. If you have something on your mind, we want to hear from you.

Please direct all queries to our Customer Support team or alternatively, [email protected].

You are further able to communicate directly with the FSCA ([email protected]) should you have any queries / concerns.

This ensures your voice is heard not just by us, but also by the regulator.

3. In Conclusion:

We thank you for your patience, understanding and continued cooperation.
